Showhouse at Wellfield, Malahide

Wellfield comprises a mix of 3, 4, & 5-bedroom semi-detached and detached homes, all arranged around a tranquil open space . Each home is finished to an incredibly high standard with modern fixtures and fittings to support busy families of all sizes.

Carton Interiors were involved from the preliminary stages in choosing the sanitaryware and tiling, and in designing the kitchen layouts for all house types and choosing the selected finishes. We fitted out a 4 bed and a 5 bed showhome and both properties went sale agreed including all contents within the first weeks of launch. 

The living room exudes a sense of rich elegance with its curved ivory sofas and deep ruby accent chairs. Full-length patterned curtains frame the windows throughout, adding softness to the rooms while allowing natural light to filter through. A large rug with abstract graphic pattern lends a contemporary feel.

The downstairs combines dark oak flooring with rich taupe wall colours to lend sophistication to the overall design. Luxurious finishes and tasteful artwork complete the design scheme and lighting in a brushed brass finish adds the final touch.
