Family home in Skerries
This family home in Skerries North County Dublin had been extended many years ago to give an open-plan kitchen, living and dining space. The area was still disjointed however, with a kitchen island in the wrong position and lots of unusable zones. We reconfigured the layout to flow seamlessly and created defined spaces for the living and dining areas. Bespoke cabinetry for a large wall helped anchor the space whilst providing practical storage. A materials palette of green, navy and taupe with contrasting rich wood tones ensured an elegant feel throughout. These colours continued upstairs in the bedrooms where bespoke headboards and curtains mixed with rich patterned textures combine to create a luxury feel.
